Research Project: Information Disclosure of Human Capital and Its Impact on Corporate Valuation

Nobukazu Nakazawa holds a B.A. in Economics from Tohoku University and joined the Development Bank of Japan Inc. (DBJ) in 2005. Most recently, he served as Managing Director at DBJ Asset Management Co., Ltd., leading reforms of human resources practices and overseeing recruitment and workplace issues. He previously held senior roles in DBJ’s Human Resources and Sustainable Solution departments, contributing to personnel system reforms and ESG-related ratings. Earlier, he worked on the financing of automakers and regional companies. His research project at Harvard is titled "Information Disclosure of Human Capital and Its Impact on Corporate Valuation."
